and will provide you with recommendations to help support your child’s healthy development.

Where do we go for an MLDA?

The Village for Families and Children in Hartford CT

What happens as part of an MLDA?

There are a total of 3 appointments that make up an MLDA. All must be completed within 30 days.

Appointment #1 lasts about 1.5-2 hrs and the focus is on conducting a family interview.
Please bring child’s insurance card to this first appointment.

Appointment #2 lasts about 2 hours and the focus is on administering developmental test
measures to the child and asking follow up questions to parents.
