Help Me Grow is a statewide program that serves children and their families starting from pregnancy. Through Help Me Grow, our care coordinators can help provide support specific to your families’ needs including:
- Education around recognizing typical developmental milestones and support for specific developmental or behavioral concerns or questions
- Access to developmental screening (Ages & Stages Questionnaire) through the Sparkler app, online, or paper questionnaires
- Referrals to support in your local community like Family Resource Centers, play groups, parent education & support, home visiting programs, behavioral support, etc.
- Advocacy to overcome barriers to services
- Offers ongoing follow-up to ensure you are connected to services and needs are met.
